Hey everyone! Don't forget - daylight savings time ends THIS COMING SUNDAY! Be sure to set your clock forward one hour (yes, we lose one hour!) before you go to bed Saturday night!

You’ve got that backwards- when day light savings BEGINS, we move the clocks forward. This has the effect of “moving” one hour of early morning daylight to the evening. In essence, “saving” that hour for after work instead of while we’re still trying to sleep.
